Winehub Limited (Winehub) is based in the East of England and specialises in bringing you some of the fine wines and liqueurs produced across the region.
How does Winehub work?
Winehub is an agent for the vineyards whose wines and liqueurs are listed on the winehub.co.uk website. This means that you are purchasing direct from the vineyard. The vineyards will be packing and despatching your order, sending you their invoice and delivery note.

Packing and delivery
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you
on the completed order form.
Please note that normal deliveries are restricted to the UK mainland covering England, Wales, Southern and Central Scotland (excluding G84) up to and including postcodes AB10-25, 30, 32 and 39-43, PH1-18 and PA1-19. Deliveries to other postcode areas and offshore islands can be made by special arrangement, so please contact us using the CONTACT US page on the website for a quotation.
We use a national overnight courier for our deliveries.
Delivery should be made within 3 to 5 working days from
placing your order.
A signature by an adult aged 18 years or over is required
to accept the delivery. If no one of that age is at
the address when the delivery is attempted the goods
may be retained by the driver, in which case the driver
will leave notification of attempted delivery and will
telephone to rearrange or will return later that day.
In these circumstances, if we have to return to deliver
the goods, a further delivery charge may become payable.
Please check all goods before signing for them. In
the unlikely event that your consignment is damaged,
please write 'Damaged' very clearly on the courier's
delivery note and contact us using the CONTACT US page on the website.
If you have not received your order within 7 working
days of ordering, please contact us using the CONTACT US page on the website, giving us your order number.
The cost of post and packing is £7.85 excluding VAT for each case (12 bottles) or each half-case (6 bottles). For single bottles, the cost is of post and packing is £7.85 excluding VAT. These prices cover our normal mainland UK deliveries only. Where several bottles or cases are ordered from the same vineyard, we can offer a bulk discount on our normal post and packaging costs, as consignments can be combined. In this case, you will notified in your order confirmation of the discounted costs.
Cancellation and returns
Returns
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. However, if you feel you need to return the wine, please contact us using the CONTACT US page on the website to let us know your reason. We can only accept returns of unopened bottles. Please package the relevant item carefully and send it back to the vineyard so that they receive it within 7 working days of the date the item was delivered to you. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless they were delivered to you in error or the item is faulty.
As soon as we receive the returned goods, we will refund the relevant part of the price for that item.
Cancellation
Also, under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for purchases where the bottle(s) has been opened.
To cancel this contract, please contact us using the CONTACT US page on the website, giving the reason for the return as "Cancellation". Please package the relevant item carefully and send it back to the vineyard so that they receive it within 7 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. If you do not return the goods within 21 days of your cancellation, we will make a charge in respect of the cost of recovering the goods. If you do not return the goods or fail to make them available for collection within 30 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods, at which point a new purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order at the price set out on the web site.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
Please note that wine bought on the winehub.co.uk website must be returned direct back to the vineyard and not to Winehub.
